How a Sprint actually works
No discovery phase, no deck. You give me the one thing you need shipped. I build it, show you every workday, and deploy it at the end of week two.
Daily screen-records
Every workday, a 3–10 minute video walking through what changed and why. Pause, scrub, comment, or watch on your commute. No standups, no status meetings. You see exactly where the build sits.
Verification before "done"
Compiling doesn't mean done. Rendering doesn't mean done. Before I call any feature done, I run it end-to-end (usually a Playwright sweep on top of manual checks) and the verification shows up in that day's screen-record.
You own the code
Clean repo, stacks your team can pick up: Nuxt, Supabase, Vercel, Inngest. No black-box framework, no proprietary plugins, no "you have to keep paying me to operate this." If you outgrow Monument Labs, the code keeps working.
Sprints are $7,500 / 2 weeks
Fixed price, fixed scope, deployed at the end. If your project needs more (auth, billing, real users), there's an MVP tier and a Studio tier too.
